Host an Event for SteelDay 2010: September 24

SteelDay provides a unique opportunity for those involved in the structural steel industry to raise the profile of our industry, while building lasting relationships with the local design community. We encourage all members of the structural steel industry to take advantage of this extremely cost effective marketing and promotional strategy, geared towards the architecture/ engineering/construction (AEC) community and the general public. Sign up to be a SteelDay Host below. (AISC members only) Once your event has been submitted and approved, it will appear on the SteelDay map. AISC will create a brief web listing for each event based on the information you provide. We will NOT be providing individual flyers this year, but can still handle registrations for eventsvia our website. We recommend every host creates a page on their website about their event and we can direct people to that information too. Creating your own flyer is optional but recommended and we'll provide contact lists for you to mail/email invitations (as last year).

• Finding people to invite (there are thousands of architects, engineers and contractors who are members of AISC, plus there are hundreds of chapters of organizations such as AIA, AGC etc around the country)
