ALL REQUESTS FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING.

Return privileges apply only to Steel Construction Manual, Seismic Design Manual and Detailing for Steel Construction Manual. Returns will be accepted only after authorization has been received from AISC. Return authorization must be received within 30 days of a purchase and the return must be completed within 60 days of purchase in order to receive full credit on the returned publication. A 25% restocking charge will be applicable for any books returned after the expiration of the 60-day restocking period, or for returns that are received without proper authorization. Publications must be currently in print and in good condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges.
