Earn CEUs & PDHs
Attendees can earn up to 16 professional development hours (PDHs), which is equivalent to 1.6 CEUs. In addition, attendees at pre- and post- conference short courses can earn an additional 12 PDHs, for a total of 28 PDHs. To obtain your PDH credit, you must register your attendance at each session for which you are requesting credit. To do so, within two weeks of the conclusion of the conference you must visit www.aisc.org/conferencepdh and enter the session-specific PDH code (provided on-site at each session) as well as your badge identification number. It is critical that you keep track of your session codes as this is the only way you will be able to obtain your PDH credit. There will be computer terminals available in the registration area that you can use to enter this information after each session or you can enter the data on your own computer either later in the day or after you return to your office.
P.E. License Number for the State of Florida

If you have already registered and did not input your license number, you can modify your registration using your Web ID number provided on your registration confirmation, or bring the number with you and provide it to the on-site registration desk.

Earn GBCI CE Hours
All sessions as part of the Sustainable Steel Conference (all sessions that have a code that begins with G) are approved for GBCI CE Hours. LEED Professionals must self report credential maintenance activities to GBCI through the "My Credentials" section of www.gbci.org. AISC will retain documentation for seven years. AISC will provide a Certificate of Completion to attendees who register for continuing education credit for these sessions.
NASCC: The Steel Conference does not offer a conventional proceedings. Instead, prior to the conference we post a few papers provided by a small number of speakers to our website (link forthcoming). Approximately 45 days after the conference we then post slide shows (complete with audio presentations) of most of the presentations to our website (link forthcoming). Additionally, proceedings for the SSRC Annual Stability Conference are available as a printed book for $25. However, these must be pre-ordered as part of your registration to the conference (orders must be placed by May 6, 2011). Attendees who purchased the SSRC Proceedings will receive a ticket in their registration packet. The tickets may only be redeemed on-site at the SSRC booth in the exhibit hall.
Unlike other conferences that issue a general call for papers, NASCC carefully selects topics of interest and then seeks out the top experts and presenters. Please email Scott Melnick at [email protected] if you have a topic or speaker of interest for future conferences.
