Invitation to Submit a Proposal for the AISC Faculty Fellowship to be Awarded in 2007

The American Institute of Steel Construction is accepting proposals from untenured faculty in a tenure track who are interested in structural steel for the AISC Faculty Fellowship to be awarded in 2007. The Faculty Fellowship is a 4 year, $30,000 per year award for promising faculty members. The program is described in the AISC Faculty Fellowship Award Program Description dated June 2007 available at www.aisc.org. Eligible candidates wishing to respond to this invitation must submit the application on or before the application due date. The application will be submitted in duplicate hard copy and one electronic file, either MS Word or pdf. The electronic copy may be sent via email. AISC would appreciate advanced notification of the intent to submit an application. Notice of intent can be emailed to [email protected]. The notice of intent should include the name of the candidate, the name of the institution and the subject of the proposed research.

Applications are due August 31, 2007.
