Culture and Belonging
Anyone who's worked on a team knows that diversity makes us better.
Our mission is to foster a thriving and inclusive workforce by enhancing recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention, ensuring all professionals feel supported from the start. We equip the structural steel industry with the tools and knowledge for long-term success, driving growth and innovation across architecture, engineering, and construction sectors.
Celebrate Representation Across the Steel Industry
Join us at NASCC: The Steel Conference for Elevate, a reception that brings together advocates for and allies of under-represented groups in the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.
Wednesday, April 2, 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Meet the People Who Bring Designs to Life
Visions in Steel is a traveling photography exhibition that celebrates the fitters, welders, machine operators, and other professionals the steel industry relies on every day to bring designs from concept to reality.
The exhibition is currently on display at the AIA Tampa Bay Center for Architecture and Design through March 11.
