Changing Management Perception of Root Cause Analysis [Q3]

Management is on board with the value of corrective actions, however many still don't have a clear understanding of the link between ""We've got a problem"" and ""This is what we have to do to make sure it doesn't happen again."" There's an underlying assumption we know why something went wrong, but without thorough root cause analysis we end up spinning our wheels. This session will deal with the essential needs for an effective root cause analysis process.
