Changing Management Perception of Root Cause Analysis

Management is on board with the value of corrective actions; however many still donÕt have a clear understanding of the link between ÒWeÕve got a problemÓ and ÒThis is what we have to do to make sure it doesnÕt happen again.Ó ThereÕs an underlying assumption we know why something went wrong; but without thorough root cause analysis we end up spinning our wheels. This session will deal with the essential needs for an effective root cause analysis process.
