About the Program

How it works

Presented mostly in video segments, the training follows the journeys of several employees as they learn about fabrication from trusted mentors. Rather than simply focusing on learning the skills, the employees are exposed to the vast knowledge of actual industry veterans--the real stars of the show!

The Fabricator Education Training Program can help new hires arrive at in-person learning sessions having more familiarity with their job. Additionally, it can prepare the training staff for some questions trainees might ask. If a new hire feels productive and supported early in the job, they are more likely to take pride in their work and develop loyalty to the company.

AISC member fabricators can access the program at no additional cost. Click the Sign Up Now button at the top of this page to get started.
