BIMsteel Workshop Coming to Birmingham, Ala., April 23

AISC will host a free, half-day workshop on “Maximizing the Value of Your Model” in Birmingham, Ala., on Thursday, April 23. The workshop will focus on how you can take full advantage of BIM through multiple project phases, from improving design and detailing workflow to using the model as a review and approval document.

Speakers from design and detailing software providers Autodesk Advance Steel, Aveva Bocad, Design Data SDS/2 and Tekla Structures will present on critical aspects of the model workflow. The workshop begins at 7:30 a.m. with a complimentary breakfast and will conclude at noon. Attendees interested in continuing education credit are eligible for 4 PDHs/0.4 CEUs.
