The NCSEA Structural Engineering Engagement and Equity (SE3) Committee is currently administering a nationwide survey of structural engineering professionals. This biennial survey focuses on measuring engagement and equity with the goal of providing data and best practices to ensure the structural engineering profession recruits and maintains exceptional talent.
A report will be issued to document the findings from the survey and note recommended best practices that stem from findings. Additionally, the NCSEA SE3 Committee facilitates and assists in the creation of local SE3 groups for SEA member organizations to foster the mission of SE3 in their communities.
