Wanted: Innovative Structures and Visionary Teams for AISC's IDEAS2 Awards

Have you recently worked on an innovative project featuring structural steel? We want to know all about it.

AISC is looking for the next generation of great American landmarks built with structural steel--and our 2020 IDEAS2 Awards are now open for entries!

This annual program recognizes outstanding structures that illustrate the amazing things that are possible with structural steel. Past winners include the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, One World Trade Center in New York, and the National Museum of African American History and Culture in Washington, D.C.

A panel of professionals from the design and construction industries will judge the entries in five categories according to constructed value (in U.S. dollars): less than $15 million, $15 million to $75 million, $75 million to $200 million, and greater than $200 million. There is also a category for sculptures, art installations, and non-building structures.

Will your project be the next to join our list of winners? There's only one way to find out! Entries will be accepted through September 27 and the winners will be publicly announced in early 2020.
