Patriot Erectors, an AISC member and certified fabricator and erector, has acquired the assets of Trinity Steel Fabricators, also an AISC member and certified fabricator. The move more than doubles Patriot Erectors' existing 75,000 sq. ft of fabrication space, adding an additional 85,000 sq. ft.
"Patriot and Trinity have successfully collaborated on numerous projects, and we share the same core values such as a focus on customer service, safety, ethics, and teamwork, so when Trinity became available for purchase, it was an obvious decision for us," said Patriot Erectors vice president and general manager Ted L. Turner. "With the addition of Trinity's steel fabrication expertise, culture and capacity, Patriot Erectors is in a better position to meet our clients' growing needs for quality turnkey fabrication and erection services with the same reliable performance that they have come to expect from these two great companies."
Trinity's 120 employees will join the 300-person team at Patriot’s Dripping Springs, Texas, facility.
