The ongoing pandemic has taken a toll on state and local budgets. In an effort to jump-start a national recovery, the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and CG/LA Infrastructure are working to build a comprehensive list of critical U.S. projects, across all infrastructure sectors, that can begin construction this year. Spurred by a request from the White House, this initiative is intended to provide an economic boost and bring significant benefits for communities. Most states have had their 2020 budgets zeroed out recently, and this list is intended to restart those projects.
