The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on students, with many internships and in-person experiences being canceled or delayed. That's why AISC has teamed up with RePicture for their STEM Resume-Builder Program this fall.
Through the program, students research projects, write about them, and post them on RePicture's website for others to view. Through this free program, students can: Show future employers they are proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Gain valuable knowledge about their career opportunities in their technical specialty
- Link to their RePicture work to showcase their writing skills, technical expertise, and their STEM story, which do not typically fit on a one-page resume
- Win awards, including those from top companies and industry organizations like AISC
