200 Park, a 19-story office building that will be the tallest office tower in San Jose, Calif., when it is completed, has begun erection. It is the first building in California to be built using the SpeedCore system and only the second SpeedCore project in the United States. The first is Rainier Square Tower in Seattle, and both were designed by structural engineer Magnusson Klemencic Associates, which developed the system.
