Registration and Housing
How to Register
The designated booth coordinator for your company will receive login credentials and instructions via email in January 2020. It is the responsibility of this individual to register all participants from the exhibiting company for The Steel Conference via our Exhibitor Management Console (EMC). Exhibitors are entitled to three complimentary registrations for the first 100 square feet of exhibit space, and one complimentary registration for each additional 100 square feet of exhibit space. Sponsors typically receive additional complimentary registrations (to sign up for sponsorship today, please contact Elizabeth Purdy at email@example.com). All other persons from your exhibiting company will be charged a flat discounted registration fee of $95.00 per person.
As part of our show services, we offer an exclusive registration site, called Exhibitor Management Console (EMC), that has been individualized for your company to reflect your appropriate number of complimentary registrations. If you have questions about that allocation, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The complimentary exhibitor registrations and the discounted $95 exhibitor registrations include the following:
- Entrance to all functions held in the Exhibit Hall (Wednesday and Thursday lunches, Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Coffee Breaks, and Friday Snack Break)
- Entrance to all technical sessions except for the Short Courses
*Conference dinner tickets are not included in exhibitor registrations
Badges and Tickets
Upon your arrival to The Steel Conference, please bring your registration confirmation, or your handheld device/mobile phone with the included barcode, to the Exhibitor Registration desk within the convention center. There you will be provided with all of your badge materials, as well as your complimentary conference bag.
- Badges will not be mailed in advance of the conference.
- Although lunch tickets are included in your complimentary registration, and the discounted $95 exhibitor rate, you MUST add the lunch tickets to your registrations to receive tickets. This is essential so that we know exactly how many lunches to provide. Lunches are not ordered and lunch tickets are not provided for you unless you add them to each registration

Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit provided by Freeman contains important show-related information, deadlines, brochures and forms to order products and services for your booth. Your company's designated booth coordinator will receive an email in January from Freeman with a link to access the kit. Questions in the meantime may be addressed by the Customer Support Center at 888.508.5054 or CustomerSupport@Freeman.com.
PRE- AND POST-CONFERENCE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
As a benefit to our exhibitors, a modified list of registered conference participants will be emailed to designated exhibiting personnel four weeks and two weeks prior to The Steel Conference, and approximately 30 to 45 days following the close of the conference. Note: At the time of registration, participants are given the chance to opt out of being included on such lists.
In recent years, a number of exhibitors have informed AISC of conference list solicitations (often fraudulent) from groups with no affiliation to The Steel Conference. We encourage you to disregard any offers for participant lists and avoid providing information to anyone outside of AISC.
Please use the materials in our Marketing Kit to help promote your participation and increase your presence so your target audience can find you before, during, and after the show.
Invite your current and potential customers to learn more about your best products and unique expertise through our exhibitor workshops at The Steel Conference! Exhibitor workshops provide an opportunity for our exhibiting companies to promote and/or sell a product and/or service to our attendees. Workshops are offered in 45-90 minute time slots that take place before and during officially scheduled conference sessions.

We encourage you to increase your company's visibility by inviting your customers to attend The Steel Conference - free of charge! The "Exhibit Hall Pass" program allows you to connect with your customers and prospects by letting them know you'll be exhibiting at the show and/or conducting an Exhibitor Workshop. Invite special guests to attend and learn about your latest products and services.
Suggested ways to use the pass include linking it to a web button or our exhibitor badge (found in the Marketing Kit) and adding button/badge/url to your auto-signature, website, or promotional e-blast. You may also print the pass out and distribute hard copies to special guests, prospects, or clients. (Please note that the pass is a PDF and therefore usage cannot be tracked).
