HOW TO REGISTER
The designated the booth coordinator for your company will receive an access code and instructions via email from email@example.com early 2018. It is the responsibility of this individual to register all delegates from the exhibiting company for the Steel Conference. EXHIBITORS ARE ENTITLED TO
Three complimentary full registrations for the first 100 square feet of booth space and one complimentary full registration for each additional 100 square feet of booth space. All other persons from the exhibiting company will be charged a flat registration fee of $95.00 each.
REGISTRATION FEES INCLUDE
- Entrance to all functions held in the Exhibit Hall
- Includes: Wednesday Welcome Reception; Wednesday, Thursday and Friday Coffee Breaks; Thursday and Friday Boxed Lunch
- Entrance to all sessions except for the Short Courses Short Courses, Guest Registration and spouse/guest tours can all be purchased separately online
*Additional complimentary registrations can be earned through sponsorships.

There is only one official housing provider for NASCC: The Steel Conference, which is Wyndham Jade. AISC does not have influence over or responsibility for any reservations made through a housing company or group other than NASCC Housing/Wyndham Jade. In recent years, a number of attendees have informed AISC of housing solicitations (often fraudulent) from groups with no affiliation with The Steel Conference. We encourage you to book your reservations through Wyndham Jade and avoid providing information to the following companies:

Conference exhibitors are invited to conduct a Product/Service Workshop, special sessions where exhibitors can share with conference attendee information on the products and services offered by their company. These workshops will be in 45-minute time slots in the morning and evening outside of officially scheduled conference activities. In addition to these 45-minute time slots, there will be limited availability for 60-minute and 90-minute time slots scheduled during NASCC: The Steel Conference technical sessions.

Our exhibitors are encouraged to host events in conjunction with the conference at the conference hotels and convention center. We only ask that you keep us informed of your plans. In order to plan a hospitality suite, special guest breakfast, reception or any other event, please contact the hotel directly. You can work with the contact listed above to confirm food & beverage arrangements, audio visual needs, delivery of function invitations, etc. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to cover the costs associated with these functions. As a benefit to our exhibitors, a modified list of registered conference attendees will be sent via email to designated exhibiting personnel four weeks prior to the start of the conference and again two weeks prior to the start of the conference. At the time of registration, attendees will be given the chance to opt out of being included on such lists so those registrants will not be included.
A final attendee list of all conference attendees will be sent to exhibitors approximately 30 to 45 days following the close of the conference.
In recent years, a number of exhibitors have informed AISC of conference list solicitations (often fraudulent) from groups with no affiliation to The Steel Conference. We encourage you to disregard any offers for attendee lists and avoid providing information to anyone outside of AISC.
