Common NASCC Live Questions

I am the second or more registrant with my firm and the $10 price is not coming up. Why?

In order for the 2nd or more registrants to receive the $10 ( $20 for non-members) price, the company name must exactly match the company name of the first registrant in our membership database. If your company name is different than the 1st registrant, the registration system will think it is a new firm and charge the full price.

(For example- if registrant #1’s company name is listed as AISC, and registrant #2’s is listed as American Institute of Steel Construction, the system will think it is a new firm and charge the full price for registrant #2)

If you need to update your company name in our membership system, contact AISC Membership at membership@aisc.org or call (312)670-2401

Does NASCC Live Registration cover all NASCC Live sessions?

Yes! With NASCC Live registration, all 24 NASCC Live Sessions are included.

I would like to do a group viewing of NASCC Live sessions, is this allowed?

You are more than welcome to watch the NASCC Live sessions with a group. However, in order for your personnel to receive PDH credit, they must be registered individually. During the group viewing, every registrant should right down the PDH code given by the speaker. Following the viewing, all registrants need to submit the code individually via our PDH portal. ( See instructions below on how to submit PDHs)

If your group is just interested in watching and not receiving PDH credit- only one person needs to register.

I missed a NASCC Live Steaming Session, how can I view it?
