AISC Offers Discounted Design Guide Sets

January 30, 2018

(Chicago, IL) - In response to increased demand for AISC Design Guides, AISC has renewed its offer of discounted Design Guide Sets. AISC has produced more than 30 design guides to address special topics related to structural steel design and construction. The guides are now available in packages in softcover print format at special discount pricing at www.aisc.org/dg.

“From the time I was a practicing engineer, I have always found the AISC Design Guides to be a valuable tool when designing steel structures and connections,” said Lawrence F. Kruth, PE, vice president of engineering and research at AISC. “They’re an essential reference to use to supplement the AISC Specification for Structural Steel Buildings  and the Code of Standard Practice for Steel Buildings and Bridges.”

Design Guide Sets 1 and 2 each contain 12 softcover design guides; each set costs only $120 for AISC members ($240 for non-members). Set 3 contains eight softcover design guides at a price of just $80 for AISC members ($160 for non-members). All design guides are also available individually in softcover print format and as downloadable PDF documents. Downloads are free for AISC members. Browse the collection at www.aisc.org/dg.
