If you're a fan of AISC's design guides, you may have noticed that Design Guide 16 used to cover end-plate moment connections. What's changed? We move all end-plate design information into a new, comprehensive Design Guide 39 and retired the original Design Guide 16. We didn't want to leave a gap in the numbers, so we filled it in with a new topic!
