This webinar presents the motivation behind sustainable design and discusses rating systems and programs available to evaluate sustainable design. The webinar focuses on the LEED rating systems, including the differences between the previous and current versions. The results of the recent fabricator environmental impact survey and the use of the industry Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) developed from it are also discussed.
