Facility Tours

High school students toured Basden Steel during a SteelDays event in 2024.
Consider hosting a facility tour! Participants will get an engaging and educational experience, and your company will get the opportunity to connect with potential employees.
Teaching attendees about the structural steel industry with live demonstrations and hands-on activities is a compelling way to preview your facility's work. Showcasing longtime employees and more recent hires educates the attendees about the sustainable career paths available, showing them an exciting future at your company.
