What is the link to log into the portal?

Visit the Portal login screen. You will need your user name and password to log in.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, please email certification@aisc.org. We will follow up with a new password for you. 

How do I upload my CAR evidence?

Please refer to either the video or user instructions listed above. After clicking and reviewing, please contact us if you continue to have questions.  

How do I download my audit findings and certificate?

How do I update my individual contact or associated company information?

If individual contact or associated company information needs to be changed, please submit a completed Company Profile Form. Once this information is reviewed and approved, it will be updated on the portal.

The person who had access to the portal has left the company. How can I access his/her/their account?

Please submit a completed Company Profile Form indicating who your firm’s new certification contact is. Once received and approved, we will send that individual a new welcome email.

What if I have multiple certified facilities, including an erector?

If you are listed as a certification contact for multiple certified facilities or companies, you’ll use the same account to access all associated locations. For example, if you are the certification contact for two fabrication facilities and one erector, you would log into the portal and see each of the three locations listed on the Accounts Page.

Will applicants have access to the Portal?

Applicants will receive access when they become certified.
