Vice President

Jules Van de Pas is Vice President of CSD in Denver, Colorado.  He joined CSD in 1988 and became a Principal of the firm in 1997. Mr. Van de Pas has designed structures for numerous buildings and foundations throughout the United States. These buildings include industrial, commercial and retail projects. Mr. Van de Pas has also been responsible for the design of the connections for multiple steel buildings including high-rise buildings, arenas, and convention centers. Mr. Van de Pas has also conducted forensic investigations for structural failures and insurance claims.  He received his B.S. of Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and his M.S. of Civil Engineering from the  University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  He is a licensed engineer in 16 states.
