The Association of Women in the Metal Industries (AWMI) Chicago chapter is set to host the 31st Annual Industry Dinner and Awards Banquet tonight at the Palmer House Hilton in downtown Chicago. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. followed by the main event at 8 p.m.
Charles “Chuck” Schmitt, president of AISC member SSAB Americas, will provide insight on the technical advancements of high-strength steels.
