AISC is presenting a one-hour continuing education course, Design Smarter with Structural Steel: Multifamily, Hotel & Student Housing, via AIA Columbus, Ohio, at Dempsey’s restaurant next Thursday, October 13, from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
Designers constantly face the challenges of providing maximum usable area, versatility in design, and creating high-quality buildings with a strong identity in the multifamily, hotel and student housing marketplace. The course will address these challenges and uncover economical and innovative solutions for designing within the limitations of building area and height in tight design and construction schedules.
