Steel Structure Trivia: The Steel Conference

The 2017 NASCC: The Steel Conference was held last week at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio and was the largest NASCC ever with 4,597 attendees! (Plus another 1,031 watching online.) The conference boasted more than 130 sessions and over 220 exhibitors. Our May issue will feature a roundup of the show--as well as this year’s IDEAS2 Awards winners--and August will include a Hot Products section highlighting interesting and innovative products, systems, software and services from the conference exhibit hall.

The 2018 NASCC: The Steel Conference will be held April 11-13 in Baltimore, Md. (Mark your calendars!) Congratulations to our winners! They are: Rajesh, digital marketing manager at CADeploy, Inc. (an AISC member); Jeff Rodeheaver, detailing manager at SWF Industrial, Inc., Wrightsville, Pa.; and Nep Viajar, civil/structural engineer at Fluor Corp., Houston.
