Beginning on September 10, AISC will begin hosting a new webinar series called “Seismic Design in Steel—Concepts and Examples.” Over the course of eight sessions, attendees will learn to apply seismic design requirements following a long-form design example of a low-rise building, based on the 2nd Ed. AISC Seismic Design Manual—the version currently being tested on the SE exam.
Of the eight sessions, four will be self-paced followed by four presented live. Users who want a more condensed version of the course have the option to purchase four of the sessions individually and still receive 1.5 PDH credit per session.
The course is presented by Rafael Sabelli, SE, principal and director of seismic design with Walter P Moore.
