The Steel Erectors Association of American (SEAA) is hosting this year's annual convention and trade show in Charlotte, N.C., April 24-26, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte-Concord Golf Resort and Spa.
Since 1972, SEAA has grown from a regional association of erectors to a national trade association representing the common interests of those engaged in building with steel. Held annually in the spring, the National Convention features management and field education topics, networking, awards, business meetings and an extensive trade show. The Convention and Trade Show are open to both members and nonmembers, and attendees typically include everyone from owners and managers to field personnel representing erectors, fabricators and general contractors.
"One of the greatest things about SEAA is the ability to network with other erectors who are looking to improve their businesses, grow the industry and join forces in educating the next generation," says Jeremy Macliver, president of All Things Metal.
