SteelFab, Inc., an AISC Full Member, recently announced that it has acquired a majority interest in L&M Industrial Fabrication. This acquisition will expand SteelFab's capabilities to better serve clients on the West Coast. L&M is currently led by president Matt Smith and has over 75 employees in its Tangen, Ore., facility. Smith will continue to lead the facility and serve as its president.
