The Welding Equipment Manufacturers Committee (WEMCO), in partnership with the American Welding Society Foundation, is now accepting nominations for its 2021 Excellence in Welding Awards.
The annual Excellence in Welding Awards recognize individuals, organizations, and educators who have shown exemplary dedication to promoting welding and the skilled trades industries in their communities. There are nine categories of awards: Individual, Educator, Educational Facility, Small Business, Large Business, Distributor, AWS Section, Media, and Veteran.
Membership in AWS or WEMCO is not required to win. Winners will be announced at the Excellence in Welding Awards Ceremony at the FABTECH Show in Chicago, September 13-16, 2021.
