In honor of a certain high-profile sports matchup this weekend, here’s some football news that has the structural steel industry cheering--crews placed the first steel beams in the Buffalo Bills' New Highmark Stadium!
This $1.4 billion project, designed by Populous and constructed by the joint venture of Gilbane Building Company and Turner Construction Company, will incorporate 25,000 tons of steel. The brand-new stadium is expected to host its first home games in 2026.
