There was nowhere to go but up for the steel-framed roof of the IDEAS² Award-winning American Family Insurance Amphitheater!

The lift contractor used 200-ton-capacity hydraulic strand jacks to lift the roof from 39 ft to 65 ft--a 26-ft difference! The team raised the roof throughout a six-hour operation of careful, uniform jacking, and within a week, they had it fully reattached to the new steel frame.
