Case Studies in Construction Engineering of New and Existing Complex Steel Bridges [B6]

This session will discuss several case studies focusing on the detailing, fabrication and erection of complex, steel bridges. The challenges associated with various construction methods and how they were addressed will also be presented. This session will also include a discussion of the detailed removal and replacement procedure for truss pins in the US 84 Mississippi River Bridge.

This course is based on a past NASCC session.
