A major part of your safety program is keeping your people thinking of safety. If your program stays the same, then workers lose interest and become indifferent. Equipment improves, training aids change and changes in routine shop practices can keep people thinking of ways to make the task safer. We will present some new equipment reviews and invite the audience to tell us of new equipment they like (or not) We will present some new training aids and will give out some ideas for keeping safety front and center in the shop.
