New Certification Building Requirements [Q1]

AISC Certification will introduce new Program Requirements for Certified Building Fabricators in 2016. This will be the governing document and will reference the Standard for Steel Building Structures--2006 (AISC 201-06). Why is AISC transitioning from checklist criteria to standards-based criteria?
