Management review is intended to be a strategic meeting of top management to determine if the QMS is operating as intended, providing management with objective information to make better decisions. Unfortunately, far too many organizations mistakenly believe this element to be an annual production summary. This session is designed to clear away misconceptions and offer examples of best practices to raise awareness and effectiveness of the process.
