What I Didn't Have Time to Say in Baltimore [C8]

At last year's conference in Baltimore, Duane Miller presented a keynote lecture, "Important Lessons I've Learned in the Past Forty Years," and a second lecture on the new edition of Design Guide 21 on welding. In St. Louis, material from "the cutting room floor" from both sessions will be repurposed for this session. Like his keynote presentation in Baltimore, a mixture of welding-related lessons and managerial principles will be discussed. Based on the feedback from the Baltimore presentations, this session promises to offer additional opportunities for everyone to "learn at least one lesson" that will be career- and life-changing.
