Ascension of the Celestial Maiden

To achieve a fluid, seemingly weightless ribbon of steel, the project team behind Ascension of the Celestial Maiden used traditional bending methods and saws to fold, slice, and stack components made from a single sheet of 3∕8-in.-thick steel.
