High Strength Bolting: The Basics

Engineers who have the responsibility for connection design must be conversant with the behavior of both bolts and welds. Design of a bolted joint requires that the structural engineer be able to select the type of bolt, understand how it is to be used, and set out acceptable methods of installation and inspection. This webinar illustrates the basics of this process and highlights how these criteria are included in the AISC Specification requirements.

This course is based on a past AISC Live Webinar.

You must purchase and pass a quiz to receive a PDH certificate for this course.
