Francesco M. Russo, PE, PhD is the founder and principal at Russo Structural Services. With over 25 years of experience in bridge engineering, he specializes in the analysis and design of complex bridges. Russo received a Special Achievement Award from AISC in 2019 for his contributions to the advancement of knowledge in inspection and emergency rehabilitation of complex steel structures.
